As part of our upgraded online booking process, we're now using: BnB Family ID

— a unique 4-digit number (ex: 9999) that makes check-ins faster and easier.

Here’s how it works:

🐶 New guests will fill out a one-time form with full details (pet info, vet, contacts, etc.). Once submitted, you’ll get your BnB Family ID. This is for free!
🐾 Returning guests only need to enter their BnB Family ID when booking. Just tell us your pet’s planned check-in and check-out dates — we’ll pull the rest from our system.

This means no more repeating the same info every time.

It’s more convenient, more accurate, and built for our regular clients.
