Terms of Service

​

• All pets must be socialized. Pet owners must confirm that their pets have never harmed or shown aggression towards people or other animals.

• Dogs must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated to participate in play groups. (Special arrangements can be made for younger puppies; daily puppy fees will be charged). 

• We require proof of current vaccinations for Rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Kennel Cough)

• It is advised that all dogs are on a flea and tick prevention program, and a flea bath may be required upon entry.

• PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO BNB IF THEY ARE NOT WELL.

• At check-in, dogs must wear a collar (quick release) with an ID tag, or one will be provided.

• Owners must have a completed registration form, including medical, contact, and behavioral details.

• All dogs must undergo a screening session/evaluation.

• Fees are payable at the time of pick-up, otherwise, your dog will be boarded for an additional hour until payment is completed.

• Owners are fully responsible for any aggression or injuries caused by their pets and will cover any related vet bills.

•  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Priority is given to owners with reservations.

• We highly recommend bringing dog food to prevent additional stress to the dog.

• Personal items such as toys, collars, and leashes will be stored in the dog's personal box and returned at check-out.
